With “Endpoint Management” Swisscom takes over parts of the service management of cloud services, which deal with the management of end devices such as desktop, laptop and mobile devices. The scope of the service management occurs in accordance with the service characteristics and SLA defined in the contract.
Swisscom provides the service on the basis of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and other cloud services, which are prerequisites for the provisioning of the service.
To start with M365 Endpoint Management, the following prerequisites have to be implemented:
- M365 Foundation Onboarding done
- A Global Administrator Account (which has at least contributor permissions on the targeted subscription)
- Suitable Microsoft licenses (at least Microsoft Intune)
