M365 Management from Swisscom

With Microsoft 365 Management from Swisscom, Swisscom takes over the service management of the Microsoft cloud services, in accordance with the service characteristics and SLA defined in the contract. Swisscom provides the service on the basis of Microsoft Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft Cloud Services, which are prerequisites for the provision of the service. The service is available in Essential and Business versions.
