With Microsoft 365 data loss prevention DLP, Swisscom takes over parts of the service management of the Microsoft 365 Cloud Service (DLP)
The scope of the service management occurs in accordance with the service characteristics and SLA defined in the contract.
Swisscom provides the service on the basis of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview and other cloud services, which are prerequisites for the provisioning of the service.
To start with M365 DLP Service, the following prerequisites have to be implemented:
- M365 Fondation onboarding done
- A Global Administrator Account (which has at least contributor permissions on the targeted subscription)
- Suitable Microsoft licenses
- An Azure subscription is required for OCR.
